A native of the Pacific Northwest, David spent over 35 years in the tech industry, successfully managing organizations with large employee populations, recruiting organizations, and delivering solutions to customers.  David has implemented recruiting management systems, and knows what it is like to be on both sides of the interview process.  He enjoys coaching and helping clients fulfill their goals.

David started U employed after working with his son to find a job before graduating college and realizing he had a knack for helping people with their job searches.

A graduate of the University of Oregon, with a degree in Journalism, he is an amateur photographer, an avid reader,  a passionate music listener, loves sports, and is always interested in listening to live music.
